Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here is exactly how cancellations, rescheduling and deposits work so there are no surprises.

Deposits

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required on most bookings to secure your appointment slot.

Rescheduling

Deposits are transferable up to 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any rescheduling requested within 48 hours of your appointment will require a new deposit.

Cancellations & no-shows

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a full service charge, regardless of the type of service booked. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice may be eligible for a partial refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
