Refund Policy
Please read our refund policy carefully so you know what to expect when cancelling or returning a service or product.
Eligible for a refund
- Cancellation with at least 48 hours' notice — eligible for a 50% refund.
- Clothing is returnable if the packaging is untouched and the tags remain — full refund.
Not eligible for a refund
- No-show — a full service charge is issued.
- Completed services — no refund, but please contact us to rectify any concerns.
- Lost or damaged goods — we are not accountable for goods left in the vehicle; all possessions should be removed before your appointment.
- Used clothing — no returns are accepted outside the original packaging and tags (for health & safety reasons).
