Terms & Conditions

At Billy Evans Car Detailing, we believe in transparency and honesty when it comes to our business practices. Our Terms & Conditions ensure that all our customers are aware of the services we offer, the payment methods we accept, and our policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

  • A non-refundable 25% deposit will be required on most bookings.
  • Deposits are transferable up to 48 hours prior to your appointment; any rescheduling within 48 hours will require a new deposit.
  • All rubbish and goods must be removed from the car prior to your appointment.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a full service charge, regardless of the type of service.
  • Heavily soiled or stained carpets and fabrics, or mould/moss, may result in a price increase.
